Sloppy Buns is all about taking American comfort food to the next level, with our signature Sloppy Bun, our signature take on the classic Sloppy Joe, made from rich, flavorful Wagyu—a twist on the classic childhood favorite. From Wagyu smashburgers to loaded fries and tots and unique sauces, we’re serving quality ingredients with crave-worthy flavor in every bite.
We are a Los Angeles based pop-up proudly serving Wagyu Sloppy Joes & Smashburgers, and other unique menu items like beef-tallow fried french fries & tator tots, and homemade desserts like our creamy banana pudding and freshly baked banana bread! Our Australian Wagyu is locally sourced from a local butcher shop, ensuring premium quality and taste. Our signature sandwich is the Sloppy Bun, which comes with Wagyu beef with melted American cheese on buttered and toasted buns, topped with freshly diced white onions and dill relish. One of our most popular menu items is the Big Joe, which combines our Wagyu Smashburger with a Sloppy Joe, the best of both worlds. We also use 100% beef-tallow to fry our French fries and tator tots, giving it a crispy and flavorful touch. Try one of our 3 homemade sauces; sloppy sauce, spicy ketchup, and BBQ honey mustard, to perfectly compliment your burger and fries.
To satisfy your sweet tooth, we serve a couple of banana desserts. For dessert, we have homemade banana pudding and banana bread. Our banana pudding is made from fresh bananas and layers of crunchy Nila wafers. Our banana bread is baked fresh daily and made to the perfect level of sweetness, each slice topped with a light dusting of powdered sugar and a drizzle of sweet condensed milk. - XTx TJul 13, 20261.0Had good expectations looked good online but in person the food was bland a bit over cooked the big joe was recommended it was not worth the drive or price they main thing is sloppy joe and it tasted like it came from a can the tater tots tasted like any other grocery store tots lots of good reviews what got me to come but im not sure if they are real reviews also the employees are a bit rude nothing major but not professional not only that the cook walked across the parking lot to pee on the wall didnt sanitize his hands they dont have a restroom so i understand needing to go but im good on that i was already eating by the time i saw this the food went right into the trash to say the least would not recommend

Got two double smash burgers was expecting bigger for that prize .Poor customer service ,Felt brushed off from the register guy . Nothing like the IG vidoes I ve seen .I wanted to try their sloppy joes . I asked the guy charging about them if they would give a sample of what the chilly tasted like he said no 🙂↔️ I get it he's not obligated too..but cmon at least bother to tell me more or explain how it tastes .Didn't feel welcomed at all ..Not coming back just for that service or the way they made me feel ..I'll take my $ elsewhere.where it's appreciated..almost $50 ..At least I tried it.I guess that's why you don't believe everything you see on insta vidoes! lol Don't belive the hype!!!👎👎👎
