- BMBrian McQueryMay 8, 20261.0We bought a loaf of bread at the bakery. At home, Mom discovered it has a huge whole through the middle of the loaf. She called the store, they told her to bring it to customer service. Mom waits in line at customer service, but they are too busy to actually help her. Finally, they took a moment and addressed her. She showed them the loaf, they told her to go exchange it. They didn’t refund the cost of the bread or offer a store credit or anything for the inconvenience of driving all the way back to the store. At the bakery, Mom chose a replacement loaf and asked a bakery employee to open it and check to make sure it didn’t have a hole. They looked at one slice. She asked them to check the entire loaf since the bad loaf also had a few good slices and they gave her attitude. This is Pavilions’ problem. You sold a bad loaf of bread. It was not deliberate. But it is your problem to resolve. So make some attempt at customer service to encourage us to come back to your store. Driving all the way back to the store and waiting in line at customer service and simply getting what we paid for the first time is not resolution. Make an effort. Do better.
- JEJennifer EshaghianMay 5, 20264.0I love the Pokémon vending machine here and the employees who work they are extremely nice to me and everyone I feel like this place is my home! 4.9 Stars just because one time I got the balloons for my daughters birthday and the lady working there didn’t know if it was in stock or not they even said they would find and didn’t and big shoutout to some he makes the best sushi world I can eat all day / all night and is so nice to us and even gives us free samples EVERYONE COME TO PAVILIONS!

I had a six pack of Avion bottles medium size that were listed 1299 and the price kept ringing up for the larger bottles at 1799 even when I asked the self service person for help she kept insisting they were 1799 even though I kept telling her that was the price of the larger bottles. Anyway, this is like the third time this has happened with other products here so just take pictures of the price of whatever you’re buying so you don’t get scammed on your way out
