  I just wanna give a big shout out to Patti in the floral department. I live in Florida and wanted to send a box of balloons to my granddaughter who was turning 10 in California.I was trying to have it that the balloons would pop out when she would open up the present. Patti went above and beyond and helped me accomplish this. I can’t thank her enough. She really made my granddaughter’s birthday. Such a surprise.. It’s employees like Patti that Pavilions is lucky to have working for them.They should be very grateful to have her and acknowledge her great work!!!!!!! Thankyou again Patti for making my Granddaughters day so Special 💕

  The night manager or supervisor whoever that is that stands by self-checkout is prejudice. I’ve been coming to that store before she was hired, I spend ALOT of money in there just to get harassed everytime I come in there at night after I get off work. Spanish looking lady bout early 30’s. She sees me almost everyday. Yet still she will have those security guards file me around everytime like im some thief . They don’t do that to me in the day time

  Overall pretty great the only downside of this place is how they allow people to loiter infront of the Pokémon card machine. My wife was going to see how much the cards were to even attempt to get one for her nieces as a gift and those Pokémon scalpers/loiters just threw her a dirty look and she had to move back to avoid conflict. Do something with these loiterers cause I always see them at that machine just standing there.

  After years of waiting for Pavilions (or Vons or Albertsons whoever owns it) to replace the previous nasty Pavilions hopes were high when the new store opened. For a while it had full seafood, a very decent bakery and a service deli that was supposed to have hot food and a salad bar. Yes, the prices were (and are high) but you get what you pay for. Over the months and years they have continually cut back on things that an upscale market would provide. The Service Deli is the biggest joke. They've cut back on most of the ready to heat items. They removed the salad and hot bar during Covid which I can understand, but they never put it back. If you can find someone to help you in the service deli (good luck) they only have the premade stuff you'd find in any Vons. The pharmacy appears to be a part time operation and isn't open on Sundays. IMO it's just a glorified liquor store because that is the only department they seem to care about. There are two Whole Foods within a mile that offer better offerings. One of the Whole Foods is around 18sq/ft...and they have a far superior deli.
