  I order from Noah’s quite frequently and usually really enjoy my food, but I ordered today and I received a fruit cup with a best by date of 8/16 (it’s 8/17), the fruit is covered in mold, and when I took a bite of my sandwich, there was a hair in the egg. This is INSANE. Makes me question the food safety of this location in its entirety, and Postmates won’t even give me my money back. Be better.

  Noah’s Bagels in Sherman Oaks is the real deal. The bagels are everything you want — golden, chewy, and fresh every time. I always go for the everything bagel loaded with lox and cream cheese, and it never disappoints. The quality is consistent, which says a lot! What really sets this location apart is the staff and management. The manager clearly sets the tone — the team is warm, efficient, and actually seems to enjoy being there. You feel it the moment you walk in. That kind of leadership makes a difference, and it shows in every visit. If you’re in the area and haven’t stopped in yet, do yourself a favor. This is your neighborhood spot.

  Good bagel sandwiches and fast service. There weren't very many tables and they were tiny, which made it harder for our group of 4 to eat there

  Bagels taste good, but the online ordering site is horribly buggy. I entered an order for my family that crashed, so I printed the order from screenshots and handed it to the cashier. She entered it incorrectly, making the order wrong and the total cost wrong. The manager provided no help at all, and the cashier was not capable of correcting it. So much wasted time, no help, pure frustration. I'll never go back. UPDATE: Owner asked me to update my review. I did send a message to the Customer Service link. I'd been triple charged for the order (twice in the app, once in the store), and after 2 messages and 3 weeks, they did refund the money for the app orders that were not filled. They couldn't help with the overcharging at the store for the expensive bagel that that was missing from the order. Too much work and too much time spent on this.
