What really sets this location apart is the staff and management. The manager clearly sets the tone — the team is warm, efficient, and actually seems to enjoy being there. You feel it the moment you walk in. That kind of leadership makes a difference, and it shows in every visit. If you’re in the area and haven’t stopped in yet, do yourself a favor. This is your neighborhood spot.

I entered an order for my family that crashed, so I printed the order from screenshots and handed it to the cashier. She entered it incorrectly, making the order wrong and the total cost wrong. The manager provided no help at all, and the cashier was not capable of correcting it. So much wasted time, no help, pure frustration. I'll never go back.

Today I tried again and my understanding is that they don't carry dairy free cream cheese. In Kansas I would understand. Shouldn't a bagel store in LA offer a dairy free option? Not going back. Tired of making an extra stop so I can eat with my family.
