- MOMatthew OsifoAug 3, 20262.0I love the food but the service is very subpar I was served by the shift lead Destiny and she was not friendly at all or even cordial I felt like I was inconveniencing her or unwelcome she didn’t greet me or reply to me when I said thank you and as she gave me my food I wanted to ask for extra salsa and she slammed the window in my face. If you are i. customer service especially as a lead represent your company with pride and cordiality if you don’t wanna be there quit.

I believe her name was jasmine she was the only one who helped take my order and was extremely nice. I feel bad for how they treat her and others! definitely will never come back again. El pollo loco do better the place was also very dirt the bathrooms disgusting
