  Went to Buy a kids meal for my daughter it was $16.50 for the kids meal?? They overcharge because on the app for pickup it comes out to $6.03 at the same location.

  My wife and I decided to try chipotle Mexican grill restaurant for the first time after seeing your television advertisements, which made the food look fresh, high-quality, and inviting. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to those expectations and left us quite disappointed from the very beginning.Upon arriving, the first impression we received was not welcoming. Customer service is a critical part of any dining experience, especially for first-time guests, and we did not feel valued or acknowledged. The staff member behind the counter, who was responsible for preparing our food based on our selections, did not greet us warmly, show enthusiasm, or offer any assistance.As first-time customers, we expected some level of guidance—such as a brief explanation of the menu, ingredients, or available options. Instead, when we attempted to ask questions, the staff member appeared uninterested and unwilling to provide helpful information. This made the ordering process uncomfortable, and we eventually gave up asking questions and resorted to simply pointing at items. Unfortunately, the food itself did not make up for the poor service. By the time we received our meal, it was cold, and the meat was chewy and unpleasant to eat. This raised concerns about both the quality and freshness of the food, which was especially disappointing given the expectations set by your advertising.Overall, the combination of unfriendly service, lack of communication, and subpar food quality resulted in a very unsatisfactory first experience. First impressions matter greatly, and in this case, it has significantly impacted our perception of your business. We hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve both customer service and food quality. A welcoming attitude, clear communication, and attention to food preparation would go a long way in creating a better experience for future customers.
