  Honestly first I have to say portions are small even when you ask them for extra. The meat is always burnt in this location I only come here cause it’s close to my job.The employees look like they hate their lives they don’t even greet you or even smile just a “what can I get you” but in a very nonchalant manner. This location needs to work on their customer service.

  I was in line and watched a female employee give the customer ahead of me a generous spoonful of guacamole. When it was my turn, I politely asked for the same portion and she nodded. Then another employee stepped in, a blonde kid with hair sticking out of his hat and an attitude, and I asked him if he could give me the same portion of guacamole his coworker previously gave and he said, “No, I’m going to give you the right amount.” He scooped the guac and kept tapping the spoon against the bin to knock off every bit of excess until there was barely anything left. At that point, I told him never mind and canceled the guacamole completely. Chipotle’s CEO talks about generous portions, yet employees at this location act bothered over giving even a reasonable amount. There’s a reason this location has low ratings. Staff like this need to be retrained on customer service, attitude, and consistency because workers like him are exactly what damage a brand’s reputation and drive customers away. I never want leave a bad review unless I get a bad attitude like that kid when i was very polite. Despite living down the street and love Chipotle, I will drive to another one from now on.

  Ive come to this location probably 50 times. This time it was 40 min before closing and they were out of meat. I waited 20 min for them to make a new batch of chicken and the guy at the front was nice enough to give me a little bit extra for waiting and then some lady came up to him to say that he gave me too much and forced him to dump some back or they were going to charge me extra and wanted to leave me with even less than i’d get for a normal portion. I ended up leaving with no food and lost 20 min of my life i’ll never get back. don’t come to this location!!!!!
