  There is manager that works there she has blonde and dark hair. With an arm tattoo. She is super rude and every time I come to this location she always has an issue. They really need to change management here. Managers are suppose to be welcoming and nice and respectful. She is the opposite and probably hates her job.

  Unfortunately I made the mistake of coming to this Chipotle because it was close by. I will say the tortilla handling girl was really nice and the cashier was fine and nice but the two women that handled making the burritos were not nice.. what really was insulting is that the girl making my burrito gave me a small scoop of steak but gave a very large scoop to the guy in front of me which I believe was a friend of hers cuz she acted like they knew each other. I asked if that was the right size and she said yes with Attitude which I thought was really ridiculous just asking a question you know. Definitely will not go back. There's a genuine reason why this store has such a terrible rating.

  I had the worst experience with this location and I actually like chipotle a lot, for starters the food was so plain had no flavor whatsoever. The staff was very rude it was 9:30 and I asked if there was more corn one guy was going to say yes but he got interrupted by someone young long dirty blond hair saying no there’s no more. I also asked for the kids build your own taco and they “built it for me” and when I asked for the kids chips they said it didn’t come with it because they “built it for me”. In other words they gave me two hard shell tacos instead of the kid combo, since it wasn’t “built your own” they threw it away and had an attitude because I had asked for a kids meal and they remade it because the costumer has to “build it themselves”. Honestly worst experience I’ve ever had at any chipotle not just the food but with how the employees talk to costumers.

  Honestly first I have to say portions are small even when you ask them for extra. The meat is always burnt in this location I only come here cause it’s close to my job.The employees look like they hate their lives they don’t even greet you or even smile just a “what can I get you” but in a very nonchalant manner. This location needs to work on their customer service.
