We ordered an ice cream cake to feed up to 16 people at $50 and received a tiny personal cake. When confronted about the huge mistake we got no apology and we were simply told they can’t make another one in time and no refund. She was completely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. She tried to tell us it was our own fault somehow since the original order had a line through it, whatever that excuse means. They took my name and # so I could speak to the manager, it’s been a week and they still haven’t bothered to call about my refund or offer an apology. I will never go here again. Cold Stone Creamery makes better ice cream cakes and has actual customer service skills.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
