- SGsara giblerApr 1, 20261.0I waited 41 minutes for a pizookie, which wouldn’t have been a big deal if they hadn’t messed up the order and only started remaking it about 30 minutes in. What made it worse was watching 2-3 tables who came in after us get their full meals (wings, burgers, fries) way before we got anything. It felt like we just weren’t a priority. The service didn’t help either. The host was okay, but there was barely any greeting or communication. Our server was worse. while we were still waiting, her husband came in, got seated behind us, got his food quickly, and she spent a lot of time at his table talking while we were still waiting. At that point, it was just frustrating. We ended up walking out. Pretty disappointing.

From the start of our visit, her demeanor felt unwelcoming and gave the impression that she did not want to be there. Additionally, our food was served before we received our waters and sodas, which disrupted the overall dining experience. More concerning, she repeatedly interrupted us mid-sentence while we were speaking. This made communication difficult and came across as unprofessional, especially in a customer service role where attentiveness and respect are essential. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and that additional training can be provided to help improve her service and overall guest interactions.

Service was also nice, thank you. The only down side (and the reason for the non 5/5 stars), is the price. We found the meal to be costy for chicken wings. But they were good!
