- AHAnna Huang6 days ago1.0Placed an order through the app today at around 5pm for an in-store pick up for 5:20pm. I ordered my regular burrito bowl with light ice and all the fillings. Once getting home and getting situated, closer to 5:40pm- i mixed the bowl and took my first few bites. Immediately you can taste that some of the white rice grains were undercooked. My bowl was already mixed, the rice was mixed into everything. Spent $16 for a bowl that had uncooked rice in it. Considering how this was basically peak dinner time, I can only imagine how many orders also ended up getting disappointing rice. Totally unacceptable.

I get it it’s fast food, but come on you guys empty your trash bins out. It’s not the first time. Bins filled and spilling out. Not just the ones near the customers but the one behind the employees where the food is being made. I mean how long does it take to take out the trash 5 and a half minutes? I don’t blame the regular staff though. It’s management, the people running the store. How do you not say “hey guys ok time to empty out these trash cans” lol. I know it’s not that deep you guys. But just clean up a bit :) if you want me I’ll empty those trashes out myself ;) I’ve attached pictures for reference this was not during a busy time at all.
