I never complain but it’s not the first time this has happened. I walk up I don’t get a greeting like hello or how can she help. I didn’t say one word yet and she tells me it’s about a 15 min wait for more food when she had chicken strips and wedges so I tell her that’s fine I’ll wait for fresh ones. Then another employee (male) came up greeted me how a normal polite person would and asked me how he can help. I told him I was helped and I was waiting on chicken strips and wedges and he looked and he was like I have some right here and I said the lady employee told me she would make me fresh ones and then he told me to be honest with you it will probably be another 25-30 mins. So I asked him how old were the ones they had in their hot box and he said he wasn’t sure bc he had just clocked in and I said they were for my kids and he looked at them and said they look pretty old. So I said I’m good and left. I will never return to this location until they figure out the problem w this employee. If she hates her job so much why stay their being miserable. I understand I worked in the food industry but being mean and lazy only makes you miserable.

Starbucks kiosk is gone, shelf stocking is awful, outdated food items, the whole row of cream cheese in the cooler expired 2/27/26 over a month ago! Very disappointing. Check expiration dates if you do shop there.
