    Usually not bad experiences at this Sonic but tonight was something else. Placed online order for pickup 10 minutes ahead of me showing up. I then checked in and sat for 25 minutes. Literally had to call in and ask what was going on. Seems they regenerated the ticket then and brought me out my cold food that had obviously been sitting for 20+ minutes.
