Unfortunately our order was to go and our dinner was totally ruined because we had to trash the chicken. We have been living in Santee for more than 25 years, this is the very first time we got to El Pollo Loco and it will be the last one. How cheap are you the owners and managers have to be to dare to serve OLD CHICKEN TO A CUSTOMER? We have had this kind of Chicken in Mexico, not even close to this garbage and the funny thing is that all employees we saw were Mexicans and no we are not being racist they were all speaking Spanish while we waited they should be ashamed of themselves for serving trash. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
