  I had a really frustrating experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. I clearly explained my order multiple times, but the employee either weren’t paying attention or just didn’t care. They got several things wrong and rushed through the process without even trying to fix it. When I pointed out the mistakes, I was met with attitude instead of any effort to make it right. It felt like customer service just didn’t matter at all. I understand places get busy, but completely ignoring what a customer is asking for and brushing it off is unacceptable. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

  Burrito was not wrapped at all, falling apart after opening the aluminum foil.

  Good food, not thrilled about the high price but its a sign of the times. Love the carne burritos 🌯

  Iris was very rude and made the order wrong. Never tried to fix the mistake. Still tried to charge me when I told them I no longer wanted the item.

  BY FAR THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE MOST EXPENSIVE OVERRATED EATERY IN SANTEE, CA. PEOPLE, PEOPLE, PEOPLE, JUST GO TO THE STORE GROCERY OUTLET OR VON'S OR SMART AND FINAL AND GET THE INGREDIENTS AND SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THE PRICES AT THIS DUMP ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL. IT'S HARDLY WORTH THE TIME FINISHING THIS REVIEW. THIS JOINT IS SUCH AN EXPENSIVE PLACE AND THE WORKERS ARE RUDE STUCK UP AND EVERY ONE OF THEM ARE ONLY THERE FOR A PAYCHECK THIS IS SO OBVIOUS. THEY REEK WITH NEGATIVITY. IT ALMOST TAKES A BANK LOAN TO FEED A FAMILY OF FOUR I KID YOU NOT.
