- FBfanfoot BartholemewJul 14, 20262.0Not customer friendly. Bathrooms locked. Multiple aisles with every single thing down the whole aisle locked behind glass. The whole aisles! Multiple aisles. Barriers to keep you from taking your shopping cart to your car. Only one exit even if you came in another entrance. Lots of litter and something disgusting that looks like it’s been there a while by the right exit. All presumably based on theft losses or whatever but if you’re in a car there are lots of grocery stores available to you. Pick a different one.

Does it make sense to make one bag 40lbs and others light as a feather. Who ever was the manager to order paper bags with no handle should be demoted. I will be shopping at competitor from now on. 😤😡

They should have moved them to customer service area instead of having 5 people in line waiting only one checks tandem open. Then finally the manager, opened another line up. If people do not want to work, then put someone who will speed up the process!! I thought it was just Rohnert Park Safeway that has these same issues,. It's evident it's all Safeway stores
- MDMaria DwyerJun 5, 20263.0Not my usual go to. Just when my regular store is out of something I need. Store is clean and pretty well stocked. Staff is nice. Prices here are much higher than other places- even with a club card and so many things are in locked cases. Waiting for someone to help you can be time consuming and not worth it. Also if you are not a fan of a lot of people and noisy chaos- this may not be the place to go. If that doesn't bother you- then you're good.
