This location is outrageously overpriced to begin with, and on top of that, they will nickel‑and‑dime you for their own mistakes. I ordered a single $10 burger and was incorrectly charged nearly $14 for a double. When I asked them to fix it, they refused to re-ring the order and told me they would only refund the extra patty; a measly $1.99. Why would I only be refunded $2 on a $14 burger when I ordered the $10 one? They wouldn’t answer. They just didn’t want to correct the transaction properly. I was basically forced into accepting a $3.50 refund because they didn’t want to accurately calculate the tax difference. Then I got home and the entire order was wrong. I drove all the way back, and suddenly, now they were willing to process the refund correctly. But only so they could keep the $7 cost of the drinks, because those weren’t brought back with the incorrect food. So let’s be clear: Five Guys is extremely expensive, and they will fight you over every dollar even when the mistake is theirs. Between the inflated prices, the refusal to fix errors, and the complete lack of accountability, this place has lost my business permanently.

I understand a mistake every once in a while but it just seems like there is a problem with the staff and/or management. I work nearby so I order through uber eats and luckily they have given me a refund for everything they’ve messed up. It’s still stressful cause sometimes you may not get a refund. They forget my coke every single time, that I paid for! The milkshake I got today tasted and looks like whoever made it accidentally dumped too much coffee in there and stirred it in anyways. It’s not drinkable. One time my burger was a little pink inside, I didn’t get sick though. The only thing they haven’t messed up is the fries. I’m not ordering again. This is too much.
