I accidentally placed an order thinking it was a mobile order for pickup through the drive-thru, but I didn’t realize it was actually set for in-store pickup. On top of that, getting to this location is already difficult because of the traffic. I apologized to the first employee and explained that I didn’t know I was supposed to park. I usually order from this location, but this time I had my sick baby in the back seat, and backing up in that space was difficult. She told me, “Don’t worry, I’ll give you the drink. I understand!” which I really appreciated. However, another employee ended up helping me afterward. She appeared to be more experienced, wearing a white skirt and an orange striped baseball-style shirt. I explained the same situation to her and mentioned that the previous employee had already helped me. She simply said, “No, I’m sorry, you’ll have to back up and park.” I explained again that I had my baby in the back and that maneuvering my large vehicle in that tight space was not easy. Honestly, it didn’t seem to matter to her at all. I’ve worked in fast-food restaurants before, and sometimes making a small exception doesn’t affect anything. Today, I felt very disappointed that she couldn’t make even the slightest accommodation just this once. I’m not the type of person who usually complains or makes a big deal out of situations like this. It probably doesn’t make any difference to them, but I will never return to this location again. 🙅♀️

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
