    Honestly idk if they've recently hired new staff or what.. never had an issue before other than maybe a little slow because they get busy. It seemed like different people than I'm used to seeing on my one a week visit. But like always I ordered ahead i got there early and sat and waited until my pick up time to ask.. they said it was almost ready. Ten minutes later and I'm getting frustrated while she's arguing it's not 10 minutes past like it doesn't say it on my phone in my hand.. as I'm watching groups of people who ordered at the window get there drinks first. Staff needs to be retrained worst experience I've had anywhere.

    They don’t accept $100 cash and instead of having the common courtesy to give me the drink they already had made for the inconvenience. The girl there told me to go to McDonald to get a smaller bill. If a company doesn’t accept cash they should post a cashless sign before having a customer wait 20-30mins.

    I was waiting in line when my car broke down! Two amazing workers, Ashlynn and Cali helped me push it out of the way and to a safe location. They were so sweet and wonderful and immediately made me feel so much better in a difficult situation. And they even offered to still make me my drink!! Such a wonderful showing of kindness that I will never forget! Thank you so much Ashlynn and Cali!!!!
