  We had a fantastic experience at Dave & Buster’s! A huge shout-out to Cody Fee, who goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. Cody has been incredibly accommodating, supportive of the LGBTQ+ community, and enthusiastic about helping us continue to celebrate and support women’s sports. He helped us host our Valkyries watch parties in their party room and has even offered to help us plan future football watch parties. Having someone who genuinely cares about bringing people together and supporting our community means so much! I also want to recognize Jaden, our server, who worked incredibly hard and was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything throughout our visit. His excellent service helped make our experience even better. It’s refreshing to see a business and team that go beyond simply providing a place to eat and have fun. Cody and Jaden are wonderful examples of what outstanding customer service and community support should look like. Thank you, Dave & Buster’s, for welcoming us, supporting our community, and helping us create a fun space to gather, connect, and cheer on women’s sports!   What a gem this place is! Been there twice for special events and can't wait to go back! The place is clean, the machines are in excellent shape, food was great (we had a buffet once and ordered off the menu once), drinks are fun and creative, staff is attentive and friendly. Special shout out to Cody who helped us get a last minute watch party scheduled for the Valkyries play off game!

  We had a Valkyries watch party at D and B’s and it was fabulous. Cody went out of his way to make us comfortable and want for nothing. I would recommend D and B’s 100% for a special event or just for a fun time. Thank you Cody!

  We have been going to Dave's the last 3 weeks for football Sundays. It has been a great experience for all of us. Yammin and his staff has been incredible to our table each week. He constantly checks on us, and make sure things are smooth. He does the best he can to accommodate the football games that we want to watch on the big screens. He's a amazing host. The Sunday specials are unbelievable. There's no one in town that you could get a twenty two ounce beers for 5 dollars and wings for ten dollars. A pop. We will continue to come back. Our waitress yesterday was Sewtie i believe the spelling is correct. She was on point all day. GREAT service. Thank you. By the way 2 time halftime champion throwing football thru the nets and winning game card. It makes it fun for everyone. We will continue to support Yammin and his crew...Thank you Emcee and the boys....

  Update: Store manager reached out to me, the next day. He explained the situation and was more than willing to even meet us in person on our next visit. I trully appreciate the willingness to make things right. It makes me want to come back again when I had almost decided to try another location out It is really refreshing to see that management does care and appears that they do want to improve customer service! Because of management response I have change my rating to three stars and will revisit this review again as the location continues to grow and improve. Richard ( needs to be fired ) I think it’s of of the managers. Extremely slow, avoids eye contact and always hangs at back of bar drinking a soda, he help once or twice with an extreme bad attitude when we spent close to $1600 this month. Cobey, the dude actually deserves a promotion, he runs, fixed the machines does the work for 5, on top of that he always has a good attitude, what makes go beyond is he actually troubleshoot the machines by reading the freaking manual, while the other gametecs they just restart the machine. This dude is absolutely amazing he is the only Tec that I’ve seen not only clean machines glass but also restocks them. Both of the regular girls at the bar they run around and are amazing with while Richard does nothing on the back watching while the bar people are understaffed while he could be helping. Meanwhile I’ve lost a bunch of tickets, and lots of time. Music slightly too loud, at the game rewards we always have to go all the way to the kitchen to find someone to help us, and every time cobey shows up first until someone else comes to replace him before going to the tec, Food is excellent!
