Okayyyy Dave & Buster’s Santa Rosa really went crazy tonight 🔥 We came to watch the big game/fight on the HUGE screen TVs and the whole vibe was elite. The energy, the atmosphere, the food, everything was hitting.
Emily was seriously AMAZING. Like one of those servers that makes the whole experience better. Super sweet, fast, attentive, always checking in, and somehow still handling everything perfectly even when it got packed. She absolutely carried tonight 👏
And Ricardo, the Area Operations Manager, was so cool too. He came by multiple times to check on us and even hopped in helping with service when it got super busy. You can tell this place actually cares about customer experience and teamwork. Respect for that honestly.
The food?? SO good. The burgers were juicy, the wings were fire, the seasoned fries were addicting, and everything came out fresh and hot. Between the food, giant TVs, and top-tier service, tonight was a whole vibe. Definitely one of the best spots in Santa Rosa to catch a game and just have a good time. We’ll 100% be back 🔥🙌

Our server Erika was outstanding. We’ve been to Dave & Buster’s many times, and this was honestly the first time we’ve had service at this level. In past visits, we’ve often been seated and then left waiting for long periods before anyone checked on us. Erika completely changed that experience.
She greeted us quickly, got our drinks right away, and checked in consistently throughout our visit without being overbearing. She had perfect timing and made us feel genuinely taken care of as guests. Her attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out immediately. She truly set the standard for what great service should look like, and honestly, other staff members could learn a lot from her approach to customer service.
I actually asked Erika if she could get me a manager because I wanted to personally share positive feedback about her. The first manager who came by never introduced himself or acknowledged me directly. Instead, he approached my 9-year-old son, made a comment about his drink, and walked away. I didn’t even realize he was the manager at the time, so the interaction just felt awkward and confusing.
I later asked Erika for another manager, and Keith came over. He took the time to actually listen to my feedback, was professional, and helped turn the situation into a positive overall experience. Erika and Keith both made our visit memorable, and Erika especially deserves recognition for the excellent service she provided.
Went there to visit and play games with friends I haven't seen in a while. The music was almost like being at a club. I can't tail you how many times I screamed "What?". We eventually gave up talking while gaming because we couldn't really hear each other unless we were talking into echothers ears. Then we focused on trying to spend the $75 I put on a card. After an hour we gave up. I gave the card to a security gard on the way out to give to a kid of his choice because I don't plan on going back. When we left we had headaches. I had a long Island. It tasted great. Would make grate mixer. Long Islands are supposed to taste like alcohol.

What an awful place. Why would anyone go here? Terribly noisy and smelly, and I truly don’t believe children enjoy it either. NOT the kind of place I like to go but I was with my daughter in law and young grandbabies so we decided to get a snack as they were going to melt before we finished at Macy’s. It took ages for us to be acknowledge at the dining area, let alone sat! I was trying to find a menu to no avail, while a young man is standing around without a care in the world. If it is seat yourself it must be clearer. Food was fine, it’s greasy high sodium/fat/carb kids’ party food. Not my taste, but appropriate for the environment. It’s what you expect. Large table of drunk 30-somethings at the table next to us. Who is taking shots at 1:00 in the afternoon?
The food isn’t the best but it is way better than Chuck E. Cheese or the Epicenter but it is super clean and all the staff seem genuinely happy to help. My daughter lost her press on nail and because the place is clean and with the help of Julian she was able to find it, and my son was able to trade a toy out for a different one which was super nice. I bought the unlimited pass and with them going almost twice a week for hours on end I’ve saved so much money. The manager Yamen is super sweet and very attentive and continuously checked in on the tables which I thought was a nice touch. I do wish the games were slightly quieter but with an arcade you expect loudness.
