  It says ebt taken in the front of the building and I was making a order and at the end I said ebt, and she said we don’t take it at this location, then was told that the system is down and nobody came to fix it…..

  I went to pick up my order 10/2/2026 after 7pm, and I asked if could have a cup with ice and the manager a male was extremely rude denig to give me the cup with ice ridiculous 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  I had a very humiliating and rude experience at Wingstop in Santa Monica. The manager I interacted with was rude, confrontational, and extremely unprofessional. After picking up my order, I placed it in my tote bag and left it on a table while I briefly stepped away. Without asking me, the manager moved my bag and dragged it to the other side of the restaurant. When I returned to get a cupholder for my drink, I was told I was not allowed to have one. I explained that I wanted the cupholder because I did not want the drink to spill in my car and make a mess. I also asked for utensils, which the manager refused to provide. When I politely questioned the policy, his demeanor became aggressive. He got into a defensive posture, looked me up and down, and hissed through his teeth. I was being polite and non-confrontational throughout the interaction, so I found his response completely inappropriate and unnecessary. I also witnessed the same manager being loud and aggressive with other customers while I was there. That made the situation even more concerning because it did not appear to be limited to my interaction. Customers should not have to deal with this type of customer service under any circumstances, particularly when they are being respectful and simply asking reasonable questions. I will be reaching out to Wingstop corporate to file a formal complaint and ask that this location’s management and customer-service practices be reviewed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. I hope corporate takes the complaint seriously and addresses how customers are being treated.

  Food isn’t bad sometimes. At the same time there are workers there that talk badly of costumers in Spanish(I speak Spanish). I know there’s people that dont speak Spanish but just of tone of voice and eye contact you know what’s going on. Also they forgot my drink.
