  Could’ve been a great experience but the woman with salt and pepper hair in a bun was very rude. I asked for the code to use the restroom very nicely and when I repeated the code to make sure it was correct, she rolled her eyes and repeated the numbers in the most rude and condescending way. Even her coworker next to her looked shocked. Later when I proceeded to pay at the self check out, she spent the entire time on her phone and ignored the customers. I understand it’s repetitive to repeat the bathroom code to customers but the way she spoke was extremely rude and unacceptable. Her name tag was flipped, or else I would’ve mentioned it in this review.

  Such a bad customer service at self check out on sunday afternoon, I needed a help and the guy with glasses , I assume the manager, was so rude, he said dont you see I am busy!! These people dont deseve to even be employed at first place! Disrespectful guy. Never go back here

  Daniel and Ganae at Vons on Wilshire went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! I had less than 24 hours to get a custom cake with a photo on it and at least 6 different bakeries told me it was IMPOSSIBLE bc it required at least 48 hours notice. For some reason, I called Vons on Wilshire back for the second try and, this time, Daniel answered the phone. I explained to him that i DESPERATELY needed the cake for a very special occasion (a co-worker who is like a daughter was turning 22 and I overheard her trying to buy her own cake!). He told me not to worry, that he could get it done by 9AM the next morning! He walked me thru the ENTIRE process OVER THE PHONE (everyone else demanded i place the order thru the app, which made the turnaround time IMPOSSIBLE). He recommended a good size and shape for the cake and EVERYTHING down to the icing trim. I was literally in shock! He even gave me his cell # so I could reach out for updates. Who does that?!??! Here's where I had to trust the process...He was leaving in 30 minutes (3:30 pm), the decorator wasnt there, but he assured me he would leave the precise details INCLUDING the urgent turnaround time for the decorator who would be in the following morning at 4 AM (and he would arrive at 7 AM). Mind u, I need this cake by 9!. So now im supposed to trust that another person is going ti get in board to make this whole thing happen???!?! YES! Next morning, rolled at the bed ASAP and called VONS. The cake was already done and all Ganae had to do was write Happy Birthday on the side!!!! When I arrived to pick up the cake, I almost fainted from how amazingly beautiful the cake was! Better than I expected! I hugged Daniel and Ganae so tight and couldn't stop thanking them enough. This was more than just getting a cake done, i really wanted to bless a young lady with a surprise for her birthday. And not just any surprise. She was literally trying to order her own cake! And when the other coworkers and I came out with the cake, the look in her eyes and the smile on her face was PRICELESS. GOD BLESS DANIEL AND GANAE for their professionalism and expertise, but most of all, their EXTRA EFFORTS AND KINDNESS!

  Shopping was fine, layout is very cluttered toward front of store. parking lot is chaotic due to oddly placed red octagonal signs (Stop sign shape) stating Entrance here & Exit Only.
