The server waited almost 30 minutes after we were sat to even get our drink order and after over an hour the majority of our food was still “on the way”. The interior is outdated and has peeling paint. If you want good food, service and atmosphere, avoid this place at all costs!!

This was our first time dining at this establishment with my family, and based on our experience, it will certainly be our last. While we were dining, the manager on duty began screaming at an employee in the kitchen. The shouting was so loud and aggressive that it echoed all the way to the main entrance, drawing the uncomfortable attention of every customer seated in the restaurant, including young children. It created a tense, deeply unpleasant, and unprofessional atmosphere for everyone present. No family should have to experience that kind of environment while trying to enjoy a meal, nor should employees be treated that way publicly. I will not return to your establishment as long as this individual remains employed here, and I strongly suspect other guests who witnessed this behavior feel the same way. Our server was pleasant and keep apologizing. I expect this matter to be escalated to senior management David Gonzalez, and ownership immediately so it can be handled appropriately. Vous apprécierez aussi la taxe tips de 18% obligatoire alors qu'on avait demandé avant et ils annonçaient 10%. Il menace meme d appeler la police par rapport à ces 18%. Il dit que c est là taxe "party" alors qu'on ne fait que manger. Ajoutez à cela du vomi dans l évier des toilettes qui reste deux heures... et quand vous le signalez au manager, il répond que c est normal. Pour finir, vous réservez le rooftop pour le groupe la veille et quand vous arrivez, le manager dit non !!! Bref, à fuir pour l ambiance. Dommage car la nourriture est bonne et les serveurs au top ! J espere que les employés trouveront une meilleure ambiance de travail car ils le méritent 😉

The host was friendly at first, and we were seated on the rooftop with a beautiful view, but the service went downhill quickly. We waited about 20 minutes for Elizabeth just to approach our table. The food also took a long time. When it was time to pay, we waited 30 minutes for Elizabeth to come back with the check, but she never did. We even went downstairs hoping another employee could help us pay, but were told we had to go back up because only our server could process it. To make matters worse, we noticed a20 percent gratuity had already been added to our bill, even though our party was only three people. Given how poor the service was, that was really disappointing. We left extremely frustrated. The view is beautiful, but the service completely ruined the experience. We won’t be returning, and I’d suggest others consider different options.
