  A silly situation but I don’t think that would happen to a big guy, but it happened to me. I came to the meat department and the worker said, hi. I answered, hi, possibly not loudly enough or possibly not sweet enough, I don’t know.🤷‍♀️ And after that, I continued to look at the assortment, then asked for what I chose, to which the worker started asking me where I was from. I answered as I thought the reason was my accent and we were having a small talk and I was in a very good mood, to which he told me, Oh, you don’t say hi in your country? 😳 I got surprised and asked „didn’t I say hi?” He didn’t answer anything. I work in a store myself and I understand how unpleasant some buyers can be, but I was absolutely friendly and nice, and I was just focused on my own choice of meat for dinner. But his expression and general tone were so aggressive and hostile , I am not a sensitive person but on my way home I turned back and returned that meat. I don't know, possibly service is not for everyone. But to shame me and the country of my origin for the fact that I was not sufficiently sweet with the worker, I think it's already too much. I really doubt he would talk this way to a man. So anyway what a disgusting impression! I wish you all the best. Possibly you have too long shifts, although it was morning, but my mood was spoiled on my day off. Please warn your workers in advance that not all people are able to be maximally sweet and arrange a versailles in the store just because they are working and just focused on purchases as it was a Monday morning.

  During our stay in Santa Monica, we found ourselves stopping by Pavilion’s several times to grab groceries, snacks, and a few essentials. The store was always clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, and the staff was friendly each time we visited. One thing that stood out to us person traveling from Texans was the difference in alcohol laws. Back in Texas, you can’t buy hard liquor at grocery stores or on Sundays, so it was definitely interesting to see spirits available right in the grocery store. It’s always fun noticing the little differences when traveling! Overall, Pavilion’s was a convenient and reliable place to shop during our vacation, and we’d happily stop by again on our next visit.

  Better parking access compared to to the Le local markets, quick in and out not huge that you have to walk much to gtmrab a few things that you need.

  This is a great store to bring your animals to. They allow dogs, cats, any animal you want to bring is welcome. This helps keep the store sanitary. Sometimes dog owners carry their dogs while hovering over fruit and vegetables. In addition to being a great store, it could also mirror as a petting zoo.
