I’m very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s location. I waited a long time for my order. When I noticed two Happy Meals sitting on the counter I asked about my order. The employee told me she would take care of it right away, but then handed me the two Happy Meals that had already been sitting there for some time. I was especially concerned because these were meals for my children, and food should be handled and served properly. When I opened one of the Happy Meals I found a dirty napkin inside the box. I immediately brought it to the employee attention and her response was “It’s just nuggets.” That response was very upsetting and made me feel like my concerns about cleanliness and food safety were not being taken seriously. Thankfully, a manager came over, asked if I wanted the meals remade and took care of the situation professionally. I appreciate the manager stepping in and resolving the issue. I hope management addresses this with the staff because food should be handled with proper cleanliness and care.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for what honestly feels like 100 years. 😂 I’ve come here when I’m happy and celebrating, when I’m sad, with my kids, and alone when I was feeling lonely. This McDonald’s has been a tiny part of my life through some of my highest highs and lowest lows. And if I’m being completely honest, the customer service here has not always been something to write home about. There have been plenty of times I’ve left more annoyed than when I arrived. But then there’s Jeffrey.Jeffrey is a little ray of sunshine. ☀️In a world where genuine customer service seems to be disappearing, Jeffrey is the real deal. I’m always genuinely happy when I pull into the drive through and hear his voice taking my order. When I get to the window and he’s there with that smile, energy and genuine warmth, it actually changes my mood. If I’m having a bad day, hearing Jeffrey’s voice through that little speaker somehow makes me smile before I’ve even gotten my food. His positivity is contagious. This isn’t fake or forced customer service. Jeffrey seems genuinely happy to be there. He shows up, does his job, interacts with people with kindness and enthusiasm, and makes a basic drive through interaction feel like an actual human connection. That matters because you never know what the person sitting in that car is carrying. Maybe they’re celebrating. Maybe they’re exhausted, struggling, or simply trying to get a meal on the table for their kids. That smile, that voice, that energy can change somebody’s entire day.Jeffrey has something you simply cannot teach through a training manual.. character. He chooses kindness. He chooses positivity. And honestly, I get the feeling that even on a day when Jeffrey himself might not be having the best day, he would never make a customer carry the weight of it. That is a special kind of person.I don’t know Jeffrey’s personal story or what hardships he may have faced, but whatever life has handed him, he chooses to show up with kindness. His parents, family, or whoever had the privilege of raising him should be incredibly proud of the human being they helped bring into this world.Jeffrey has an old soul quality about him. He understands that customer service isn’t just taking an order and handing someone a bag. It’s about how you make people feel. And Jeffrey makes people feel seen, welcomed and valued.McDonald’s should recognize this man and let him set the standard. I genuinely think he should be training other employees not just on how to take an order, but on how to bring humanity back into customer service.Somewhere along the way, customer service became pointing people toward a kiosk, minimizing human interaction and getting them out the door. Jeffrey is the opposite of that.I don’t want to talk to a screen. I don’t want to feel like an inconvenience. I want to interact with another human being who is genuinely happy to see me. Jeffrey does that. He has grace, pizzazz, warmth and an energy that shines through a drive through speaker. That is rare these days. So, McDonald’s Recognize Jeffrey. Value Jeffrey. Keep Jeffrey. Let him set the standard.Employees like him are the reason people come back. After all these years, I’ve driven through this McDonald’s in every possible mood, and Jeffrey is the first person who has ever made me think, “Damn, I’m really glad that guy is working today.”That is customer service. That is how you build loyalty. And that is how you make a business feel human again.Jeffrey, you’re an absolute gem. 🌟 McDonald’s #781 is lucky to have you. Put this kid in a commercial! like back in the 80's the commercial were great and made you want to go and get Mc Donalds!

Slow the server could understand me even though english was obviously our first language. The staff were rude and unhelp. And after correcting my order 3 times they still got it wrong. Terrible rude staff . Worst fast food restaurant i have ever used.

Could be a lot better even for a McDonald's. While walking through Pico Boulevard I happened to stumble upon this particular McDonald's where I decided to take a break and order something. First thing that worried me was that the kiosk did not print me the receipt, however, I still got my order because I memorized the number... Eating inside is not recommended as the place generally could be maintained a lot better. Outside terrace is way better but only when there is nobody already sitting there. Food is your average McDonald's, not much to comment regarding that. Staff were alright.

In Los Angeles the McDonald’s are independent owner operated franchises and this one is very poorly managed. They’re always obviously and dramatically shortstaffed. The dining room is every single table filthy even when empty. The employees have long since given up. Ew.
