I was short-changed at the register, and when I politely asked to use the restroom, I was given the wrong code. Mistakes happen, but the overall interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I hope management can work on better customer service and clearer communication moving forward.
- RPRD P.May 2, 20261.0Like all McDonald's I go to the kiosks out of paper and the internet barely works so it takes 5 minutes for your app to do anything. It's amazing to me how all the other fast food restaurants have a user-friendly system that works and McDonald's ordering kiosk software looks like they had a high school student do it for a project. How can you have billions and have the absolute worst user-friendly interface? If there's a Jack in the box I will go there instead of McDonald's because Jack in the box has a user-friendly technology experience where is McDonald's is just a frustrating experience with bad results.

Something about the food in comparison to the others. They seem to add more toppings, the food Burgers, fish, breakfast, are superior over all others. To me I can honestly taste the difference. I’ve found the staff helpful and suggestive when I’ve had multiple orders to save me $. So I can’t say enough about this location. In comparison to the other locations they surpass on taste, helpfulness, and just an all around decent place. Keep it up!!!
