No exaggeration: you can wait in the physical line and order your food and you will still get your order before a pre-placed online order that's way ahead of yours. 35 minute wait for an online pickup order of TWO TACOS is beyond ridiculous. Don't come here unless you have a lot of time to waste. They take the fast out of fast food. Once they do finally make your order, they will just sit it in a closed off area and let it get cold. SKIP this place, especially for lunch.
