  Food was pretty good. Think Sweetgreen but Mediterranean inspired. The manager on the other hand was in over their head. There were only 2 two-tops dining in besides our four top but the tables were all dirty, there were no napkins, the restrooms were out of toilet paper and paper towels and all of the trash cans were overflowing. I wetted the last of the napkins to wipe down our table. Food was good though.

  The staff is super rude. Visiting from another country, the least we expect is good service. The lady at the cash counter is super rude and won’t take responsibility for what they do. They have nowhere mentioned that anything extra will be extra charge. The issue is not price, the issue is transparency with what you are charging. The moment you point out their mistake they will turn super rude and won’t even admit to their mistakes. I won’t ever recommend this location to anyone due to the staff who doesn’t even own up to their mistakes and clearly lie on your face. Wish I could give 0 stars for the service and atmosphere.

  Alex was so nice and had a great attitude when she served me! Really set me up for a nice meal and made the additional compliment for my handbag which I really appreciate. Thank you!

  I love Cava, always have. This location off 2nd st in SM is closest to me however, I HATE walking into this location. The staff (most of them) are rude. Today I walked in and the man didn’t greet me, he just looked at me as if I’m supposed to greet him. The man acted like it was a burden to make my bowl and talked low. I could barely hear him. This has happened on several occasions with several employees. Not sure what their deal is or why they keep hiring rude people but it’s sad.

  Das mediterrane Essen war Super (vorallem die besten Falafel die ich je hatte) und auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung passt nur nicht so zu diesem Essen, weil es war wirklich super lecker und deshalb hätte von mir aus auch das ambiente super schön sein können. Denke so eine Einrichtung wie bei Nooch in der Schweiz könnte das passende Ambiente liefern. Aber weiter so, beim Essen muss man euch nichts vormachen :)!!! Danke nochmals!
