  Everything about this place was great, the food, the service, the atmosphere, the perfect view of the beach. I couldn't have been more happy with taking my mother, wife, and son here. I enjoyed the mama's chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw slaw, and the best corn on the cob ever with a drizzle of there own sauce on the corn on the cob. My mom and wife enjoyed the alabama chicken Alfredo or something like that lol. Its the only thing on the menu labeled alabama.... But great experience all the way around, the place is very homey feeling for me being that I am from alabama myself.

  Visitar Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. fue una experiencia tan particular como divertida. Es de esos lugares donde queda claro desde el primer minuto que el gran atractivo está en el ambiente y en toda la mística que rodea al concepto. Para quienes somos de esta generación, entrar ahí tiene un valor especial y una carga de nostalgia cinematográfica que hace que el recorrido sea súper entretenido. Siendo francos, en lo estrictamente gastronómico hay bastantes lugares que podrían superarlo por mucho en sabor y elaboración. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hace que la visita valga la pena es la vibra del local, la decoración impecable y esa atmósfera tan propia que logran transmitir. No es un lugar al que se vaya buscando alta cocina, sino a vivir la experiencia, contagiarse del entorno y disfrutar de un momento distinto. Una parada muy amena que termina dejando un excelente recuerdo.

  Tristan, our server is very warm, nice and welcoming. Even if the restaurant is very busy but he still put a smile on his face. He even approach us & did a little trivia while waiting for our food, maybe just not to keep us bored. Unlike the other servers who were unhappy already (you can really look at their faces) can’t blame them either because it’s too hot. But, despite of it, our server Tristan is still enjoying doing his job. I hope the management is going to see his best effort. On the other hand, the airconditioning is very low. I’m not sure if it’s working or not. It’s very hot. Overall, our experience is still good because the server is very nice & kind.

  Unfortunately, our experience at Bubba Gump was very disappointing. We waited around 30 minutes just to have our order taken, which was frustrating, especially with children. When our food arrived, I found **a hair in my clam chowder. The food overall was also bland and did not meet our expectations, especially considering how pricey the restaurant is. We were really hoping to at least have a good experience because of the atmosphere and location, but the service made the experience even worse. After bringing up our concerns, some of the staff seemed rude and dismissive, rather than apologetic or concerned about the issues we experienced. We were also told that certain items would be “comped,” but when we looked at the receipt, the items were still charged. For the prices they charge, I expected much better food, service, and customer care. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we were hoping for, and I would have a hard time recommending this location based on our visit.
