  Wow! What a dump! It is shocking that a place that gets this much turnover and this much traffic on a premier spot - on the Santa Monica pier cannot get the proper cleaning and restoration that it deserves. Clearly the owners must be putting every single dollar that they get into their pockets and milking this baby to the very end. The prices are absurd and the food is terrible well that place first open I used to order the shrimp Poboy and it was one of the best sandwiches in town. Now it’s just two stale pieces of bread over greasy breaded tiny shrimp that look like they’ve been sitting around for a couple days. Bubba wouldn’t even eat them! Nor could he afford them. If this place was in a competition for best French Fries they would barely be breaking the top hundred thousandth place in the county!

  Erstmal 20min warten bis man einen Platz bekommen hat. Innen dann den Platz bekommen und extrem viele freie Plätze also künstlich besonders gemacht, indem man warten muss ohne Grund. Der Kellner hat einfach nur viel und unnötig geredet aber hat nichtmal die ganze Bestellung aufgenommen. Meine Schwester hat ihr Gericht garnicht bekommen. Ich habe mir meinen Magen verdorben und 2 Tage extreme Magen Krämpfe gehabt. (Kleine Portion Gombo bestellt) Preise extrem überteuert, klar ist auch am Pier aber trotzdem. Knoblauch Brot war sehr lecker

  We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Bubba Gump Shrimp, and a huge part of that was because of our server, **Tristian**! From the moment we sat down, Tristian was friendly, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. His personality, professionalism, and great energy truly made our experience memorable. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in their work, and Tristian absolutely does. Great service can completely change a dining experience, and he definitely made ours one we’ll be talking about! **If you visit Bubba Gump Shrimp, ask for Tristian you won’t regret it !** He deserves all the recognition for being an incredible server. 🦐❤️ Thank you, Tristian, for making our visit so special\! We’ll definitely be back!

  Certo, la imposterei mettendo in evidenza soprattutto la location sul molo di Santa Monica, l’atmosfera a tema e dando anche un giudizio equilibrato sui prezzi: 🍤 Una tappa divertente sul molo di Santa Monica! Bubba Gump è un locale molto particolare, soprattutto per chi conosce e apprezza il mondo di Forrest Gump. La location è davvero bella, direttamente sul Santa Monica Pier, con un’atmosfera piacevole e completamente a tema. Abbiamo trovato una buona qualità del cibo, con piatti gustosi e ben presentati. I prezzi non sono propriamente economici, soprattutto considerando alcune bevande, che sono piuttosto costose, anche se sicuramente molto belle e scenografiche. Nel complesso, comunque, è stata una bella esperienza, più che altro per l’atmosfera, la posizione e la particolarità del locale. Se siete sul molo, vale sicuramente la pena farci un salto. 🍤🌴🇺🇸

  The location is iconic because of the movie, and being right on the pier makes it a great spot with a beautiful setting. Unfortunately, the price-to-quality ratio is terrible. We ordered a seafood platter for $30 and calamari for $19 for two people. The calamari barely tasted like calamari—you mostly taste the coating. It was basically just bad fast food. I was already feeling disgusted by the food while eating it, and by the time I got home, my stomach was upset. It was the fastest $60 I’ve ever spent and thrown away. The place feels like it caters almost exclusively to tourists. With these prices and such poor food quality, I don’t see how it could appeal to local residents. Maybe that’s why they have locations at two major tourist spots in the city. The service and welcome were good, but unfortunately the food quality was very poor. I would never go back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Unfortunately, my stomach and digestion have still been messed up for two days after eating here.
