    Your customers should never be waiting over 30 minutes for drinks. Im never seen a coffee line of cars just never move. Keep your stores staffed. Your not making a 5 star dinner, your making a drink. Each customer should not be waiting extensive times for an order. 10:30 am 07/23/26, check your stores camera's.

    I always have the best experience at this location but today I did NOT. I did a mobile order for drive thru I was checked and there was only 2 cars behind me, I did not get my drink as I always do when waiting in the drive thru I had 3 cars a head of me. I got off to go to the window when caucasian man with a mustache was helping another guest and was getting yelled at by a guest I was next n all I said was can I get my drink bc I couldn’t wait in the drive thru MIND YOU MY DRINK WAS READY for mobile pick up and he gets mad and says “ you could’ve waited it’s not that long” that was highly inappropriate. People come to Dutch to star their day with their coffee. I was highly offended I will not be coming back to this location. I get your frustration but to take it out on the next guest was NOT OKAY.
