    I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my mom and I had at this Dutch Bros today. We normally have great experiences with Dutch Bros, which is why this interaction stood out so much. I believe the employee who helped us was named Aaron, although I could be mistaken. He had a mustache. My mom and I came specifically to try the new fall drinks, but by the time he approached our car, we had already passed the menu board. When we asked what fall drinks were available, instead of simply telling us, he pointed behind our car and said they were “right there” on the menu. My mom asked if he had a menu because she has poor eyesight and did not have her glasses. He still did not offer any real help. She finally asked, “Do you want us to back up?” because that genuinely seemed to be what he was suggesting. He didn’t answer her and just stared at us. Eventually, my mom had to directly ask him to please read the options to us, and even then, his attitude made it seem like helping her was an inconvenience. This is NOT about the drinks or us missing the menu board. It is about how my mom was treated after politely asking for help. Watching an employee make her feel like a burden simply because she could not see the menu was incredibly upsetting and unacceptable to me. We also later heard our vehicle had apparently been identified as “brown” because it was dirty. Whether it was meant as a joke or not, after the way we had already been treated, it felt unnecessary and disrespectful. I did speak with the shift lead, Miranda, and I want to make it clear that she was extremely kind, professional, and receptive. I genuinely appreciated how she handled my concerns. Unfortunately, the original interaction left such a negative impression that we will not be returning to this location. Reading a few seasonal drink options to a customer who cannot see the menu is such a basic request, and nobody should be made to feel like an inconvenience for asking for help. I sincerely hope management addresses this because this was completely inconsistent with the friendly customer service we normally associate with Dutch Bros.

    I'm always and forever a Dutch Bros fan. They are so nice here. On the way to my son's birthday we stopped and they gave him his chocolate milk as a birthday treat. Love how these people care

    Very Bad Customer Service First of who ever took my order got it wrong, I ask Rei to remake my order due to not tasting the espresso more on a milk i ask ask if she can maybe add 1 shot and she just answer me right away with i charge of extra shot with a tone of voice she din’t even give me a chance to speak. She gives me a very bad attitude. I told her if she can put more ice and when she handed me the drink she remake she puts in large cups which is my order is medium and ended with more milk instead she never give eye contact or not try to make things right just told me i will refund your order.
