    Typical bar food and came prior to happy hour. Came in for the six limited sauces for the FIFA cup. Sauces tasted great in order: Elote just like the real thing, Peri Peri with it sibtle spicy low kick coming back, and the Chimichurri having a very garlic like pesto taste. The other 3 sauces were...eh to me...in order: Maple sweet chili for being sweet, sweet curry which defintely hit the curry note but not a fan, and last place was Yuzu wasabi...no kick and was super sour, and I love real wasabi, so dont think it will clear your senses. Nevertheless Abe was my server and he had me seated immediately with no issues. Atmosphere was a little dead even with the World cup going on.

    I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. We go to pick up the order. We wait at the pickup area, 15 minutes pass with no help from any employee. So, we go to the front, just to have them tell us we have to wait 20 minutes for our food. We wait in our car, we go back in, to have them yet again, tell us we need to wait another 15 minutes. We wait, we go back in, again...another 15 minutes. We go back in after ANOTHER 15 minutes, we finally get our food after an hour of waiting for our ONLINE order, it's not even correct. They ripped us off on our wings and gave us onion rings. So, we go in with our order, said "Hey, this is supposed to be boneless wings, not onion rings." They give us the wings. We get home, as I'm checking the rest of our order out, NOTHING is edible and nothing was made correctly. I asked for NO onions on our sliders, there's onions and the buns... were hard as stone. Our wings were supposed to all be boneless, we got bone in. Our salad, old, warm and wilted, our mozzarella sticks, FROZEN. Then, to top it all off, the ranch was warm and sour, and my sons sauces that he requested for his chicken strip combo, were not included in our order. How can there be this much wrong in one order? Not to mention, we called 3 times, to have NO ONE pick up the phone. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had here, and it will sadly be the last. There are no standards here, and customer service is non existent.

    It is the absolute worst of the worst. I went one day with my family—it wasn't even a large group—and they made me wait for over an hour, even though the place was almost empty. I kept asking about our table, but they just kept stalling me with "just five more minutes." Eventually, I had to leave and go to the best wings in the world: Wingstop. Never go to Buffalo; their staff is truly the worst.

    Very disappointed with our experience. We checked in and were initially told the wait would be about 30 minutes. After waiting, we checked again and were told it would be another 20 minutes. We continued to wait, but after nearly 2 hours, they still did not have a table ready for our party of 9. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and coordination. The wait times we were given were completely inaccurate, and no one seemed to have a clear idea of when we would actually be seated. We understand that restaurants get busy, but keeping customers informed and managing expectations is important. Unfortunately, after spending almost two hours waiting without a table, this was a very frustrating experience. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to improve its organization and customer service when handling larger parties.

    I really BWW but this location really disappoints. My server Alyssa was great but everything else was disappointing. First watch out for the prices. There are ads online that don't match the menu price. The food didn't seem as good as other locations. I had some of the Hawaiian roll sliders and asked for no cheese but they came with cheese. The wing sauces-some were good others tasted funny. The worst part of my experience was that I went to the restroom and when I went to wash my hands, the faucets had no water because the handles had been removed. There was no motion activated sensor either so you couldn't wash your hands and there was no hand sanitizer. This is a health code violation. I packed up my food to go and left. On the way out I looked for health department score which I couldn't find posted. All I saw was the health permit posted that expired over 3 years ago in Dec 2022.
