  Horrible slow service! Order on app. And still took over 30 mins for simple burger and 1 drink. Only 2 cars in parked. Informed me was coming out and still took 10 more minutes! Will not come back to this location! Informed that manager of my issues and she made excuses that I just came in and didnt even seem concerned. Corporate needs to retrain this location!

  This place honestly sucks The food is okay. The drinks are good The service is really bad always 10-20 minutes past promised delivery time if food.. I don’t know if they are understaffed or their system doesn’t work at this location but it is terrible I do feel like they are understaffed I wish management or owners would fix this problem for the good of everyone and the business. Thank you

  The crispy chicken sandwich was weak and overpriced by at least 3 dollars. Not filling, not tasty. The shredded Lettuce turned into hot mush before I could even take a bite.

  Great food and customer service. I need travel 30 minutes. We be opening one soon in the South Bay Torrance or by Del amo mall.

  I recently went to this sonic and the male taking my order was rude and making customers uncomfortable and hanged up when I was talking to him 1 star worst experience I have ever had.
