This has been the worst service I've ever had. I placed an order, 2 drinks and mozzarella sticks. I was told to pay, I tried pain and didn't know if it when through. I asked a worker, can you check if my payment went through, the attitude that I received from them because I was bothering them. To the sonic company, ask why hire people who obviously don't wanna be in customer service. Search a good brand with bad service. For those people who work there, don't you understand that this is why companies close when people stop coming in, have some pride in your job? And understand what you've applied for

I have never been here, I read the promotional sign about a 7.00 deal, so I stopped to get it and try Sonic out. Word of advice, do not fall for promotion.
Hamburger was horrible, served with tater tots, and little chicken balls. The only thing good was the Powerade drink.. could not finish my food, tasted fake, too gross. Gave the 7.00 bucks for garbage.
I gave this place 2 out of 5 stars because the food was much better than the overall experience. The hamburger was very tasty, cooked well, and had great flavor. I really enjoyed it and would order it again.
Unfortunately, everything else left a lot to be desired. The restaurant felt cold and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. I’m also not a fan of having to order through a kiosk. I much prefer interacting with an employee and placing my order with a real person. It makes the experience feel more personal and welcoming.
The biggest reason for my low rating was the smell inside the restaurant. There was a strong, unpleasant odor from the front counter all the way to the restrooms. It smelled like a sewer or sewage issue, and it was impossible to ignore. The odor was so overwhelming that it took away from enjoying an otherwise good meal. I don’t know if it’s a plumbing problem or something else, but it definitely needs to be addressed.
The burger deserves compliments, but the atmosphere and the strong smell made this a disappointing visit. I hope the restaurant fixes these issues because the food has potential, but the dining experience needs significant improvement.

I should've checked the POOR RATING beforehand 😓
My burger order was incorrect, and when asked to correct it, already the employee's tone was that of annoyed. I received the most PETTY response to a "correction"! An EXCESSIVE amount of lettuce, mayo, and ketchup. So much so that it was coming out of the box! Oh, and the pickles, placed outside of the burger!
For a busy Friday night, you sure had A LOT of time to "show me" I shouldn't have asked for the order I paid for!

My order was supposed to be ready at 1:13 mind you I have a 15 minute break so I’ll order ahead of time. I got there told him about my order. He said OK and then didn’t see him for 20 minutes finally I said can I talk to the manager lack of urgency communication was none no sorry about the wait hang tight nothing just rude this place has always been slow since they open do yourself a favor and don’t go here
