- ARAlex romeroMay 6, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location today. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, but when I opened the box, I found a regular sandwich instead. To make matters worse, the quality was terrible. The lettuce wrap was completely wilted and "super soggy," as if the sandwich had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. It was unappetizing and definitely not fresh. On top of the food issues, the service was lacking. They forgot the forks for my daughter’s salad and missed the sauces we ordered. I actually had to park and walk into the restaurant just to get the basic items that should have been in the bag. Between the wrong order, the poor food quality, and the missing items, this was a total letdown.
