  They rarely let me actually use my coupons and instead of informing me that they don't scan the employees just process the payment. I haven't been able to get 2 BOGOs because they ring up 2 subs and don't let me know that my scanned code didn't work after I scanned. Overall uninterested and just not a good experience anytime.

  Their tea/coffee machine is broken, but they have poppi soda now, and it could be a part of the meal of the day deal with no extra cost. I think the current rate is a bit low. They never messed up my sandwich, the lady there even know my name. In general, it's one of the most affordable food shop here in santa cruz where you can get a meal with 10$, brought a lot of convince to my college life

  The quality of Subway has either gone down significantly, or this place is just not up to par. I ordered a sandwich online, and there was some sort of error as it wasn't supposed to be made until 9pm the following day. As to why someone would order Subway a day in advance I do not know, but, the staff helped me out and served me the sandwich I had already paid for. I don't think I would go back unless I have to, as there are much better options around town.
