I rang the buzzer multiple times and even asked an employee for help without success. I left without purchasing anything. Don’t lock items if you don’t have the staff to take care of it…

- TVT VAug 16, 20261.0I wanted to use the Coinstar machine. There was nobody using it, but somebody left their change on the basket so I was not able to use it. I notify an employee and then I decided to do my shopping and when I finish shopping, the change was still there so I told the other employee who was helping me check out and he didn’t even care. It would’ve been nice if he at least tried using the phone Speaker to notify customers if the change belongs to anybody to please remove it so I can use it.

I ordered a poke bowl and I was surprised that there were not any packets of wasabi or sliced ginger available (they did have soy sauce packets). They did have some mini containers for sale. I asked about this and the lady asked for my to-go "box" and added generous potions to it.
