- JCJade Case-Barnes4 days ago1.0The store hours listed online for the Mission Street Safeway say that the store is supposed to close at 2:00am, but I have driven across town to this Safeway multiple times now, and been turned away at 1:50am, 1:30am, even 12:45am… I guess they just lock their doors and close up shop whenever they feel like going home that particular day. “It varies,” says their security guard when asked what time the store can actually be expected to close at. Apparently, Mission Street Safeway doesn’t care that they waste their customers’ time, gas, and energy with this pattern of inconsistent availability and unprofessional service. Personally, I don’t care what time they want to open or close. Just pick some hours, list the hours online, and then HONOR those hours. If the opening or closing time needs to change, fine - JUST UPDATE THE STORE HOURS YOU HAVE LISTED ONLINE, SAFEWAY. Seriously, how hard is that? Stop being lazy, rude, and unreliable.

After finding out 3days before my daughter’s wedding that we couldn’t get the flowers we needed from another vendor my husband found Nicki at Safeway. She was friendly and told him she would take care of everything. She got us all the bouquets taken care of in a very short period of time and they were beautiful. She saved the day and we are so very grateful.
