I asked for extra mustard and jalapenos on my burger, my friend did not want extra mustard or jalapenos on his, he wanted grilled onions. When I said it in Spanish, this cashier still messed up the order and insisted it was "accuerdo". Come on now. We were hungry and other places were about to close so we ate there anyways. Super soggy burger buns just drenched in sauce. I took the meat out of the last half of the burger to eat that by itself. Meh maybe if I'm in a pinch for fast food I'll eat here again. Would not recommend.

Then we walked through their door and all my anticipation was gone. First the guy taking our order acted like he was being bothered by the over$100 order we had. Then only one out of five burgers were made to our order. The final straw was when we got back to our room and we all suffered from strong stomach issues. I wouldn't recommend this particular site to anyone. Oh and who can ruin a milkshake? The five guys on pacific avenue in Santa Cruz that's who.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
