Being refused sale price even though it's clipped and proven clipped. Beyond disrespectful. I do not need to download the app when it's proven under my account.

This store is never stocked properly in the mornings. All the products are a skew and in wrong places. The items such as coffee, cheeses, are hardly ever fully stocked. Need better inventory personnel to keep the store sales high. The store is very cluttered and Dirty. Clean you coolers! It looks like MOLD!

Seems to have a better selection than the nearest Ralphs. They do carry the sometimes difficult to find Hero brand tortillas and bread (for low carb / keto people). Good selection of Bobs Red Mill brand baking goods. Produce selection is usually pretty good. Sliced / bagged cheese section almost always has some kind of special price promo. Overall a great grocery store.

I shop here weekly. Staff are friendly and helpful. Items I like are on sale frequently.

Please check your receipts carefully. I have noticed that, on some items, the price charged at checkout is higher than the price shown on the shelf tag. When I pointed this out to an employee and later mentioned it to someone at the front of the store, no one seemed to address the issue or correct it. I was simply looked at with arrogance and treated with rudeness as if I am an idiot, and nothing was done. This is very concerning because customers should be able to rely on the prices displayed on the shelf. If the register consistently charges more than the advertised price, that is unfair and misleading. From my experience, the price for some products has always been higher at checkout—not lower. It also appears that other customers have raised similar concerns about inconsistent shelf tags. If this is happening repeatedly, shouldn’t the store take steps to correct it? I have a genuine question: if stores call the police when someone intentionally pays less than the correct price, shouldn’t there also be accountability when customers are charged more than the advertised price? I’m asking this as a question because I don’t know how the law treats these situations. Because of these repeated inconsistencies, I honestly don’t feel I can continue shopping at this store. I can’t rely on the shelf tags to know what I’ll actually be charged at checkout. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every item because they’re worried the register price will be higher than the advertised price. This is simply a friendly suggestion to Vons and Albertsons. Please review and update the shelf pricing so that it matches the register prices. Doing so would improve customer trust, prevent unnecessary frustration, and encourage customers like me to continue shopping there. Thank you
