  Plenty of pizza establishments in the SCV deliver a quality product and great customer experience, but the local Papa John’s locations fall short on both fronts. A recent steak and mushroom sandwich order from a Santa Clarita location arrived incorrectly prepared—a fact later confirmed by Papa John’s corporate headquarters. Attempts to resolve the issue required a frustrating, three-week effort involving an initial call to the store, an email to the owner, and three separate chats with corporate customer care. Because the owner ignored the complaint, a face-to-face store visit was required to have an on-duty employee call them. Over the phone, the owner refused to admit the mistake, claimed the item is simply prepared with "light toppings," and denied the request for a refund, offering only a remake instead. Shortly after the store visit, the owner finally replied to the initial email, simply offering the remake again. The business can keep the money; it is the last dollar that will be spent at either Santa Clarita location. Future business will go to local SCV establishments that actually value their customers.

  Love Papa John's we travel full-time, and we eat at Papa John's a lot. I didn't want to leave less than five stars just because the pizza got done early lol. But when we place the order it was ready in 11 minutes which I thought was pretty quick for preparing and cooking the pizza, but it was good

  When I received my order all of it was your I got bbq wings instead of buffalo and I order a large pizza have pepperoni half sausage and I got something completely different and my pizza should up like this.
