While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Santa Clarita,CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- GGGanesha GladkoffOct 8, 20262.0My quesadilla was so dry. It was supposed to have salsa verde and avacado salsa, it did not. It was supposed to come with a side of guacamole for dipping, it was .missing from the order.

- KCKyle CSep 14, 20261.0Terrible customer service. They put all their attention on the drive-through and ignore their customer standing in line. They even ignore you if you ask if your food is ready and treat you like second class citizens.
- LOLaura OlsenAug 27, 20265.0Delicious , healthy food!
- YIYousef IsmailAug 26, 20261.0Eh. This place run by weirdos. I ordered legs lovers like I have always been ordering the past 2 years and today they decided they don't sell legs. When I asked can I get 3 pieces meal but all legs since that's all my daughter eat they said we can do two legs kids meal. So wait they have two legs for kids meals but not 3 legs for chicken lovers. You do understand the word chicken is in your name, right? Weirdos . Edit 1: I did contact you. Ticket #5P9692
