    I had two people in line in front of me it took 10 minutes for their order. And the guy taking the orders just went away and no one helped me I waited another 15 more minutes and left. Terrible customer services….

    I’m giving this location four stars because the customer service was excellent. The employees were very friendly and provided great service. My only concern is for the employees working outside in the drive-thru. With the extreme heat, I really hope management makes sure they have easy access to plenty of water and adequate shade. It was extremely hot today, and I didn’t see water or much protection from the heat available for the employees outside. I’ve seen other businesses provide canopies, shade, fans, or misters for employees working outdoors during hot weather. I would really encourage the owners or management to consider something similar. These employees are doing a great job, and I believe they deserve to be well protected and cared for while working in these temperatures. Overall, excellent customer service and a great team. This is simply a suggestion because I was genuinely concerned about the employees working outside in the heat.

    HORRIBLE! Everyone from the people who take orders to the “management” at this location is JOKE! They are all inconsistent and can’t keep their story straight when it comes to process. They don’t care and when you call them out on their inconsistency, all they do is blame corporate.

    Im from Oregon where we have Dutch everywhere, and I was excited to see that there was one down here so I decided to go. Biggest regret ever. I just wanted a rebel for the long drive back to Oregon and was hit with a 45 minute wait time for my drink. It took them 5 minutes to get each order out. In Oregon you can in and out of a Dutch in 5 minutes even with 10 cars ahead of you. This is just ridiculous. The wait was so long that I now have to drive through traffic on the way back to Oregon when I specifically planned to leave to avoid traffic. I saw a lot of workers standing around talking and not doing much either

    I honestly can’t believe how bad this experience was. I ordered the same drink I’ve been ordering for years. The moment I saw it, I knew it had been made incorrectly - it was all milk! When I politely mentioned it, the barista was extremely rude. She laughed and said, “That’s what it’s supposed to look like,” insisting that this is how it’s always made. It was dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, we waited 50 minutes for just two drinks, even though there were only two people ahead of us. I couldn’t believe how long it took. The drink on the left is the drink I’ve consistently received for years at Northern California Dutch Bros locations. The drink on the right is what the Santa Clarita Dutch Bros tried to serve me while insisting, “That’s what it always looks like.” 🙄 I understand that mistakes happen, but poor customer service and laughing at a customer who is simply asking about an incorrect order is unacceptable. The staff could really benefit from better training in both drink consistency and customer service.
