    I’ve been to Dutch bros everywhere but this one this one changed everything my experience was horrible it took way to long I know what a Dutch bros line is but the workers where just outside talking to customers even tho the line was long and not moving 3 cars in line overheated

    Like always DBros coffee was good but busy. Unfortunately, this location is lacking. Ordered and paid for extra shots and didnt get it, wife and daughter got pumpkin toppers but had 0 pumpkin flavor. Did walk up as the signs requested so not to block the street, never again, no dedicated walk up person so took 10 mins just to place the order and 30 mins to get the order which was wrong anyway.

    I legitimately don’t understand what takes them so long. I am originally from Vegas and the lines there are just as long and crazy and they get through those lines in no time!! Each time I have gone it has been an hour wait. On top of that, their mobile ordering has been disabled the entire time they have been open (4 months). It’s honestly just a joke. Especially when you take into consideration the location they chose… with a tiny parking lot right next to an extremely busy intersection that makes it a literal In-N-Out situation. Inconsistencies in the drinks as well. Sometimes it’s delicious, other times it’s straight watery. I don’t understand what the hell happened with this specific location. No other Dutch Bros I have gone to has ever had these problems. Is it management? All I know, is that my husband and I always drive by the store and stare longingly at it knowing damn well we don’t have the time to wait an hour in line for a coffee I can just make at home or even get somewhere else AND support a small business that doesn’t make us wait so long.

    This is only my second day getting Dutch Bros, and Sophia completely turned my experience around from yesterday. She was incredibly understanding, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a better experience. Her customer service really stood out, and I truly appreciated the way she handled everything. Employees like Sophia are what make you want to come back!

    I HATE Dutch Bros and I will never be back. My teenage daughter and her friend begged me to go today because they said the line looked short. That should have been my first warning. Stupid mistake on my end for agreeing, because I ended up trapped in that drive-thru for about 35 minutes with maybe 15 cars ahead of me. First of all, the drive-thru menu has like 13 drinks on it, while the actual menu apparently has 100. So unless you’re already part of the Dutch Bros cult and have your order memorized, you’re basically screwed. When I finally made it to the front, they handed me my daughter’s drink and her friend’s drink and said they’d be right back with mine. They came back with the wrong drink. I told them it wasn’t mine. Five minutes later, they came back AGAIN with another wrong drink. At this point, I’m holding up the entire line, everyone behind me is probably furious, I’m furious, and I tell her again that it’s the wrong drink. She just smiles and nods at me like everything is totally fine. Finally I said, “Fine. I don’t have time for this anymore. I have to go. Bye,” and left. So I spent $30 on three crappy sugary drinks, one of which I didn’t even order or want. And to top it off, the random drink they finally handed me just to get me out of the line was basically a full cup of ice with maybe three ounces of actual drink in it. I genuinely do not understand the obsession with this place. The drinks are overpriced sugar bombs, the drive-thru is chaos, the menu makes no sense, and somehow people willingly line up for this every day. I feel like I need therapy after going there, and I’ve officially lost faith in the youth workforce.
