Like all Dutch Bros it was packed, staff did an amazing job of keeping the lines moving and delivering drinks to your car as soon as ready so you didn't have to stop. I had the blended caramelizer. It was delicious as expected.

*PARKING IS AWFUL, so doing a walk up order is hard and not worth it. There are no signs that specifically state where patrons of specific businesses should park, just cones placed in different spots. There was an empty spot that had NO CONE, and I parked there to get a drink with my friend. We came back about 45 min later, and a cone was placed behind my car, and this sign (“No McDonald’s or Dutch bros parking. Your car will be towed”) was placed on my window. Like I said, there was no cone or sign specifying that I could not park there when I arrived. I’m not sure if a different business or the property manager placed this, but it was unnecessarily hostile.
And on the topic of parking and drive thru, the layout and flow isn’t great. You can only enter the drive thru if you’re going down Valley Center towards Soledad and you make a right turn into the line. Otherwise, if you’re coming up from Soledad, you can’t turn left to enter the line and will have to drive a bit to turn around and get in line. There’s a security team that helps guide the flow of traffic into the drive thru, and I appreciate their communication and efficiency. However I wonder why there weren’t more signs or markings installed on the pavement to better direct people?
It feels like Dutch Bros and the property manager vastly underestimated how popular this location would be. It’s pretty disappointing because my coworkers and I were so excited for this location to open, since our only other option was out in Palmdale. But the frustration with parking and traffic has discouraged a lot of us from going.
That being said, the service here is great. The baristas have a great attitude and are wonderful to talk to even when they’re crazy busy. Despite the large volume of customers they get, they’re still able to keep everything moving without sacrificing wonderful customer service.
The drinks are fun and I love trying out the different “secret menu” things they have. The Cocomo will always be my favorite. I like their Rebel energy drinks if I feel like being a little crazy. Usually I’m not a fan of the syrups they use (Torani), but the customer experience the company has built with their baristas and within the app make it fun for me to get drinks from there. They’re all definitely on the sugary side, but I noticed they have sugar free or low sugar options for all of their drinks which is great.
The atmosphere is fine. While I love the vibes of the charismatic baristas, and the fun music they blast from the store speakers, I wish there was at least a few benches and shade outside for people who order walk up. My friend and I like to hang out when we get our monthly stickers, but everyone is standing around, not knowing where the line is, and we end up waiting in the sun for a long time. It was especially crowded today and there was a person who seemed to have passed out from heat exhaustion as they waited for their drinks, and an ambulance was called to the scene. Some shade for drive through would also be great, not just for people in cars (though I know that might not be feasible due to height limits of different vehicles), but also for the baristas taking orders outside. Weather is getting hotter and hotter and I’m concerned that there isn’t more sun protection for the baristas outside.
I love Dutch Bros and I’d love to see things get better for this location! Overall I’m hoping the parking and traffic issues improve, and for there to be seating/shade in the near future. 💙❤️💛

Overhyped imo. It was my first time trying it, and I ordered 3 different drinks. Unfortunately, everything was mid at best. The Caramelizer was probably my favorite of the three, but not enough for me to go back for it again. I also tried the seasonal Dulce de Leche drink and the White Mocha Hot Chocolate. My biggest issue was that all three drinks had an artificial aftertaste that just wasn’t pleasant. The Caramelizer also tasted more like milk than coffee. I was expecting everything to be overly sweet, but surprisingly it wasn’t, which was probably the biggest positive. The line was loooong, but I will say the staff were friendly and kept things moving.

Gave me a broken cup that spilled on everything in my car, when i walked up to the window I was told the drink would be remade but 5 minutes later when i ask when the drink will be done they ask what the drink was and was given attitude by the cashier as though I was being annoying for asking for my drink and some napkins to clean my car. Terrible service. But the drink was good when i finally got to drink it and normally we recieve 5 star service

Great coffee though the lines are often way too long for it to be worth it even at 6 am gotta wait an hour to get a cup of coffee on top of it got two of the same drinks and they made one of em different. I asked em to remake it and it still tastes nothing like what it’s supposed to. Having already left, I can’t get it remade again both were supposed to be chai one has absolutely none in it. They need a different property with a bigger building for more workers or another location to help their staff deal with the onslaught of customers shouldn’t take an hour to get a cup of coffee when there’s only 15 or so people ahead of me in the physical line on top of getting the order wrong twice
