  Saw an advertisement on the side of the road suggesting that they have all you can eat crab for 39.99. Turns out it is not all you can eat crab, it is all you can eat everything else. They will give you a first round including crab, but additional rounds cost an additional up-charge.

  Was excited to try this place since I love seafood boil and have tried every single one there is but was very disappointed in the taste it was bland especially the potato and corn taste like nothing the Cajun special they serve was just plain bland and on top of that there was hair in the food the staff seen me pull out the hair and came fast and apologized and I didn’t make a deal about it they offered another plate I said no thank you just wanted to leave at this point and on a 130$ they said they’d offer 10% discount for the hair incident with now thinking about it they could have did better

  ⭐ Extremely disturbing, unsanitary, and unprofessional experience. While I was eating at this restaurant, I suddenly realized there were ants all over the seat and the area where I was sitting. There were so many that they actually got onto me and inside my clothing. I believe I was even bitten. I immediately jumped up and started trying to get the ants off me, and I actually had to take off my shirt because ants had gotten inside it. What happened next made the situation even more upsetting. As soon as the employee saw what was happening, she quickly came over and started cleaning the seat before I could properly take pictures showing how many ants were there. Even after she cleaned the area, there were still ants on the seat, and I was able to take pictures of them. I explained how serious and uncomfortable the situation was and specifically asked to speak with the manager. The manager did not even come out to speak with me. Instead, the employee told me that I could tell her what I wanted to say and she would tell the manager for me. I find that extremely unprofessional. If a customer is complaining that ants from your seating area got onto their body and inside their clothes, the very least a manager could do is come out and speak to the customer directly. Their solution was to tell me that they could give me food to go. However, I was there for the all-you-can-eat option, so telling me to take food to go was not an appropriate solution. After discovering ants crawling on me and inside my clothing, I obviously did not feel comfortable sitting back down and continuing to eat. I understand that problems can happen at any restaurant, but how you handle the problem matters. There was no manager willing to come speak with me, no reasonable resolution was offered, and I felt like the situation was being brushed aside instead of taken seriously. I have pictures showing ants that were still on the seating area even after the employee cleaned it. This was an extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable experience, and the lack of professionalism from management made it even worse. Based on my experience with both the cleanliness of the seating area and the way my complaint was handled, I would absolutely not recommend this location.

  Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while. My boyfriend and I called in before asking how long the wait was. We were informed we would be seated quickly with a brief wait. When we got there we were stared at but not serviced or greeted. We waited almost an hour to be seated. Then when we finally sat down at tables that were already available when we got there we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes just to get waters. Menu looked promising. I asked for 1/2 lb of shrimp and my boyfriend got a pound of shrimp with sausage and potatoes. The food was okay cannot complain on that but for the price we payed was not worth the quantity. At the time I was under the impression I had a half pound of shrimp and my boyfriend’s bag looked very close to a half pound so you can only imagine how small that amount was. Later when we payed we were informed that it infact was NOT a half pound and they don’t do half pounds. So not only was our server not informative we were also low balled out of our servings. Also just feel the need to mention the absurd amount of flies. I couldn’t enjoy a bite of my food without having to swat away one. I even saw a gentleman across the restaurant attempt to kill it with his hat. My final straw was swatting away a fly and it falling in my food. Overall, would not recommend unless you want to get utterly disappointed. Would highly recommend Kickin Kasian in Northridge on Reseda.

  I got it delivered and ot was amazing for real this is the best crab n spice ive been too i live by the corona location and they just never get it right, this one is perfectly spicy the assasin sauce, and for it to be delivered and perfectly cooked. Ive been to this location 2 times as i came on vacation for six flags now o have to wait till next time to come in again
