  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tyler provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had at Chipotle. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He was patient, paid attention to every detail, and made sure my order was exactly the way I wanted it. Even during a busy rush, Tyler stayed positive, worked efficiently, and treated every customer with respect. His great attitude and dedication really stood out and made the entire experience enjoyable. Employees like Tyler are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you, Tyler, for going above and beyond. Chipotle is lucky to have such an outstanding team member!

  I showed up an hour before closing and waited almost 20 minutes while the employee served someone who seemed to be his buddy—they were chatting, laughing, and even fist-bumped when he left. When it was finally my turn, I was told they were out of meat and weren’t going to make any more. They could have mentioned that while I was waiting instead of wasting my time. Being out of your main ingredient with an hour left before closing and refusing to make more is terrible service.

  Hi, I went with my son to this location as we were starving from work. After waiting in line it was our time to order. The asada beef meat looked very old and dry with only a few pieces. We asked when they would make fresh meat. They said they have it already made then lied. The young asian kid then said it would take 10mins to cook and argued with the black male cook. Sorry I did not take names so giving a description. The younger asian guy then proceeded to put the old meat in our bowls without asking after I asked him for fresh meat. He also forgot to ask if we wanted rice and beans before hand which Chipotle always does. I then proceeded to tell the server I do not want that old meat. He then ignored me! Horrible experience and employees that are rude and lied.

  I ordered two bowls with extra protein for pick up and i ended up with two bowls that had less than half the normal amount of rice, beans, and protein. I’m not one to complain but come on i paid extra and received less than normal!! i feel completely deceived and unhappy with this location. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
