- ARAlan Reno2 days ago1.0This is the worst Chipotle in santa clarita, and totally mismanaged. I went there at ten o'clock, they close at eleven. They were out of chicken and chips and weren't gonna make any more ridiculous. All chicken. The people working there were more in a hurry to get cleaned up and get out of there and they still had another hour. Ridiculous.

Loved spending over $15 for that half filled slop. You guys are wack for that. Won’t be coming here anymore as this is not the first poor experience. Management needs to train those kids working there better because this seems to be a consistent issue at this location. Their only customer service help is an AI chat bot btw that sucks.
