  I just got really frustrated coming here to shop. I literally live very close to this store, which is why I come here almost every day, but it’s very annoying going to the registers and being helped by someone named Yvonne who doesn’t pay attention to what she’s doing because she’s too busy gossiping with her bagger friend. Their conversation seemed more important than paying attention to what the customer is saying or asking. I told her twice to charge me for a bag of ice, and she kept laughing and talking with her coworker until their conversation was over before she finally paid attention to me. Since she wasn’t paying attention, she didn’t notice that I wanted to pay with cash. I had to tell her, “Here is the money,” and she just said “oh ok” while continuing to talk. It’s frustrating standing in line while your cashier is not focused because she’s too busy playing around and chatting instead of doing her job.

  If i could give 0 stars I would, I have never been so disrespected in my life. I visited on Mother's Day to be racially profiled & discriminated against. With a lack of empathy over a situation that didnt call for the attitude I received. The cashier was rude & dismissive, the shift was rude and dismissive, the Store Mgr was rude & dismissive. Once I responded to how I was being treated the cashier told another cashier to remove me from the store as a threat. Because he didnt want to give me the corporate number for my complaint. Told me to use my phone & figure it out. All over me questioning a policy a different location assured me wasnt needed once I informed the cashier of my parties ages.

  Store looks run down and their employees hate working there. On two different occasions it's been horrible. One time I simply asked where the self checkout line is supposed to be and they yelled at me pointing at the tiny sign. Another time I got a sassy response after being ignored for 2 minutes while there was no other customer there. Go to trader Joe's where the prices are better AND they treat you right.

  shop here occasionally because it’s convenient. The bakery section is actually pretty good.

  Gave good directions and the store was great. Friendly workers and had great customer service.
