  Came here to rent a carpet cleaner per cp work suggestion. They rent me a defected carpet cleaner. They said it was not heavy, but nope, it was pretty heavy, I had to bring it up the stair. Once I got inside my place, I followed the instruction on the cleaner, I plugged it in, but nothing happened, no light, no sound, I tried pressing all of the button, nothinv happened. I found out that they gave me a carpet cleaner with no cleaning hose. The power plugin was also broken, and was missing a piece. I was frustrated, and brought the item back to explain the situation. The same staff that rent me the broken carpet cleaner at the flower section got deffensive, and said she just work there, and there was no reason for me to put my frustration on her. She was rude, and selfish, like the whole situation was about her, and that she was the victim, when she put me in this situation in the first place. Such inconsidering person working in customer service.

  I bought 2 roasted chickens and one of them had a already eaten chicken leg bone from another chicken. Disgusting people working there doing this stuff.

  I just got really frustrated coming here to shop. I literally live very close to this store, which is why I come here almost every day, but it’s very annoying going to the registers and being helped by someone named Yvonne who doesn’t pay attention to what she’s doing because she’s too busy gossiping with her bagger friend. Their conversation seemed more important than paying attention to what the customer is saying or asking. I told her twice to charge me for a bag of ice, and she kept laughing and talking with her coworker until their conversation was over before she finally paid attention to me. Since she wasn’t paying attention, she didn’t notice that I wanted to pay with cash. I had to tell her, “Here is the money,” and she just said “oh ok” while continuing to talk. It’s frustrating standing in line while your cashier is not focused because she’s too busy playing around and chatting instead of doing her job.
