I placed a hefty order for 20+ dozen breakfast bagels for an early morning event and they did not let me down in the slightest. Not only was my order ready ahead of time but the sandwiches were delicious. I will continue to place my event orders with them and recommend them to anyone looking for catering.

A few times I’ve placed an order ahead of time and showed up for pickup, only to find it’s not ready. What’s frustrating is that the specific bagel I ordered is already baked and sitting on the display shelf — but no one bothered to pull it for my order. Another time, I ordered two dozen bagels a full hour before pickup and less than half were ready when I arrived. It feels like online orders just aren’t being actively managed. The bagels are worth coming back for, but the pickup experience really needs improvement.

This time around, Matthew was serving us and recommended the Garden Avocado with egg whites. It was pretty good. I sincerely appreciate him going out of his way to take a moment to help us with our order instead of rushing - despite the rush that usually exists on Saturday mornings. A big shout out to Matthew for his kindness ✨
