    Joshua is probably the only reason I am giving 5 stars! He is always smiling even when he is very busy going back and forth to the kids play area. I asked if I can get some wipes to clean our table and he refused with a smile stating he will do it, disregarding him just coming out of the room going back and forth. Of course it’s their job but when he asks if we need anything else he really means it.

    The guy named Brian at the first window is always the absolute sweetest and is a complete gem of a person! And so is George ! Both are always so kind and so welcoming!!

    Pedí un caramel machiado, pagué 3 dólares por 3 extras shots, en total pagué 9 dólares y el café solo era leche con caramelo, súper mal mi hermano se levantó a preguntar y la manager le contesta súper agresiva que si se los había puesto, entonces yo me levanté y le dije como puede ser posible que solo tenga sabor a leche le dije me puede agregar más café aunque lo pague no me importa y siguió insistiendo que si me los había puesto, yo solo quería más café y no hacer las cosas más grandes

    During my visit, I noticed something that didn’t sit right with me. While waiting to be helped, it seemed like Maria was primarily attentive to Spanish-speaking customers, while others—including myself—were not acknowledged. I waited several minutes and tried to get her attention, but was overlooked. What made the situation worse was how it was handled afterward. There didn’t seem to be any concern for the customer experience or the business’s reputation. The manager was not remorseful and did not take any responsibility for what happened. Customer service should be consistent, respectful, and inclusive for everyone. Being ignored while others are helped creates an unfair and uncomfortable experience. Accountability matters, and unfortunately, that was missing here. Even licking on this page they only have a 3.6 rating but they don’t care about be excellent or being successful because they don’t even respond to the negative reviews on this app. Find any other McDonald’s except for this one because this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to.
