  They charged me for all the food I ordered yet forgot half my order. And the ladies don’t understand what I was telling them.

  I have been doing business with McDonald’s for many years, and I have never felt as disappointed as I did today. The manager refused to give me a simple refill for my coffee unless I stayed inside the restaurant, even though I was enjoying it outdoors. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he chose to argue with me over something so minor and unnecessary. This manager has shown poor judgment with other patrons in the past, but I never expected to experience it myself. After years of loyalty, it is frustrating to be treated this way over a refill that should have been handled with basic courtesy and respect. McDonald’s is a place I’ve supported for a long time, but this kind of behavior from management is unacceptable and reflects badly on the entire location.

  Very pleasantly surprised by this McDonald’s location, which is right near the Coleman Costco. All the workers were friendly and my order was ready quickly! There was confusion because I came late and the app said Curbside Pickup had ended, but I had gone inside to use the restroom and asked at the counter and they said no worries, it’s right here so I did not need to drive through the drive-thru to pick it up! Food was freshly made and I would definitely come back again!

  The food was tasty, but the portions were smallest I’ve ever seen at Mc Do, they were out of a few items I ordered (2). Two sandwiches, Big Mac & Filet O’Fish, without a drink was over $20! Servers couldn’t be any less attentive.
