I had to wait 15 minutes for an employee to finally show up—what is even the point of ordering online? The worst part came when I got to my car: instead of the Glazed Donut Dots I ordered, they had simply cut up regular Glazed Donuts into pieces because they probably ran out of dots. No explanation, no apology, nothing. This was hands down my worst experience ever at Krispy Kreme. Never again!
