  Patrick made my birthday dinner at Fleming’s an amazing experience. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire night. He made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing, and his recommendations were spot on. The service was smooth, friendly, and really elevated the whole evening. You can tell he truly cares about giving guests a great experience. Huge thanks to Patrick and the team for making the night memorable. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had.

  We ordered the tomahawk ($140). It was the worst steak of my life, it looked and tasted boiled, and the garnish and sides were very plain. The lobster bisque was worse than the supermarket kind with very confusing flavor profile, and the calamari tasted like panda express. The salad was worse than prepackaged ones from safeway. This quality of food is simply unacceptable for this price level. I am angry we wasted our money and appetite here. Do not eat here.

  The steak was undercooked, I requested medium well but received it very rare. My order was also missing utensils, napkins, and bread. I’ve had much more consistent experiences at the Palo Alto location. Overall, the takeout quality and service were disappointing.

  Patrick was tons of the greatest servers in my restaurant experiences! He went above and beyond for my date with my girlfriend. We've tried getting him as our server for a year and he did not disappoint. He gave really good recommendations from the menu but we had stuck to our usual order. We’ll definitely be coming back for an actual dinner and his service! He gave us complimentary champagne (we're both of legal drinking age), and even took our picture with their restaurant camera.   Last night we celebrated our 4-year anniversary at Fleming’s in Santa Clara, and it was such a special experience from start to finish. ❤️ The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant—perfect for a meaningful night out. My boyfriend ordered the Tomahawk steak, and I had the large scallops risotto, both of which were absolutely delicious. He also enjoyed a cocktail and some wine to go with dinner. What really made the evening unforgettable, though, was the service. Our waiter, Javier, was attentive and kind, and even the manager stopped by twice to check on us, which made us feel genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to celebrate with us—they took a photo of us, printed and framed it, surprised us with a small box of chocolates, and even brought out two glasses of champagne. I was also given a rose, which was such a thoughtful touch. 🌹 There were a few minor imperfections here and there, but honestly, the overall experience was so warm and memorable that it didn’t take away from the night at all. We had a lovely time and will definitely be coming back to celebrate future anniversaries and birthdays. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
