- IHIsaac Cotzojay HernandezAug 10, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a combo with three tacos, and while I was eating, I realized that one of the tacos had no chicken in it. I politely and with a smile mentioned the issue to the manager, expecting her to simply help resolve the problem. Instead, she made me feel like I was stupid or lying. She told me that the amount of chicken they had given me was meant for all three tacos and that I was supposed to divide it among them myself. What bothered me most was not just the missing chicken, but the manager’s attitude and the way she spoke to me. I was respectful when I brought up the issue, and I expected the same in return. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left me very disappointed.

The only issue i had was queso loaded chicken quesadilla was dry on some bites and idk the taste was not what i was hoping for. But other than that, great!

Shouldn't I be the one that's upset? If I am upset they make the situation worse bycontinuing to mess up the orders. No thanks. I'll go somewhere, where they are opposite. Why spend money on people who can't get the order right and get mad because I speak up? Makes no sense. And you he wifi is horrible.

I would say it again great customer services and very clean easy….. ask for helped ! Thank you all.
