  Do not waste your money on the World Cup events! We waited an hour to get in (with tickets) for the pre-party and they only had 2 (rude) bartenders for the massive crowd, no silverware for the food.. only bad vibes

  Perfect for game days or a relaxing hangout. The backyard with fire pits and lawn games is awesome, and the staff is super friendly .

  They were empty and would not let us in because we did not have a reservation. Another few months and they will go out of business

  I was very disappointed coming here today with some friends. The place looks absolutely phenomenal from the outside with amazing vibes and setup. However as soon as I sat down and started ordering food I couldn’t help but notice how bad the service was. I usually am the one to never give reviews and understand what goes into being in food industry, but today I had to point it out. It took over 40 minutes to receive a simple dish despite being a near empty restaurant with other customers receiving food before us. Server was spilling our drinks without acknowledging it, had to come to the counter to ask for updates on our food, had to come up to get a simple refill of water, showed 0 urgency or acknowledgement when they forgot to input one of our orders after waiting for so long.

  Visited on a Sunday afternoon after a tiring day at Great America. Based on the reviews, I had high hopes, but unfortunately, I was very unimpressed. I ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich. The chicken portion was smaller than expected, and I couldn't taste the hot honey that was supposed to be included. The highlight of the meal was definitely the fries, which were well-cooked and nicely seasoned. Service was also disappointing. Despite there being only a few customers in the restaurant, it took about 40 minutes from ordering to receiving our food. Additionally, my friend initially didn't order anything but changed his mind 5–10 minutes later and placed an order. After I had already finished eating, the waiter brought the check and we discovered that my friend's order had never been entered. We ended up canceling it. The environment was pleasant though. The place had good vibes with outdoor games and TVs to watch sports. Overall, the fries were good, the environment was nice but the food and service did not live up to the positive reviews.
