We had to wait 25 mins to just order because there was a HUGE catering order and they did not prioritize customers who came in person. This has been happening for 12+ days, so I highly suggest nobody go here. Additionally, they got my order wrong and also failed to get my rewards. They did comp us with a free guac, but the manager was dismissive. I would highly not recommend.

We waited for about 10 mins before someone came to the front counter to help. From no line to the queue grew to half a dozen people waiting in line. Their portion is very small and not as generous as other locations. We had to keep asking the guy to spoon more. The guy who helped us looks like he's not happy working there (no any name tag worn) and pulled a long face the whole time. With the very slow service, small portion and the unpleasant experience given, it's not worth coming back.
