- CCCarterJun 18, 20261.0I’ve eaten at Chipotle for years, but my experience at this location today was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order, and my bowl was so saturated with bean juice that after a five-minute drive home, the container had become soggy and started falling apart. The bottom of the bag was also soaked, with a large hole beginning to form. Because the bowl was filled with so much liquid, the food was cold, wet, and unappetizing. I ended up having to throw it away. Genuinely terrible It was a complete waste of my money, and I expected much better quality and care with my order.

While I was there, I witnessed an unfortunate interaction with what seemed to be the GM. They were discussing an employee's mistake with another employee in front of the employee who was involved and nearby customers. It made the atmosphere incredibly uncomfortable, and no employee should feel publicly embarrassed like that.

He loaded my bowl up with protein and I only asked for half and half carnitas and chicken. They also gave me a lot of rice and beans and gave me a giant scoop of guac 🥵.
