The employee used a piece of foil that was smaller than the tortilla. Because of this, the tortilla was directly touching the preparation table, and the worker was pushing it from one end to another. To make matters worse, the table was clearly not clean.When I noticed this, I asked for the manager to politely explain the hygiene issue. He looked completely uninterested, dismissed my concern, and blamed corporate, saying they provide the foil and he can't change it. When I politely suggested that he should pass this feedback to corporate as a manager, he completely shut down and refused to listen.We had already paid for the food, but after witnessing the filthy preparation and the manager’s completely careless attitude toward customer experience, we lost our appetite and walked out without eating. The management here clearly does not care about health standards or customer service. If you eat here, make sure to closely check how they are preparing your food before you pay.
